Are you feeling fatigued, stressed and overwhelmed with your health? I specialise in empowering women just like you to prioritise their wellbeing and become experts in their own health.

 

Whether you’re struggling with fatigue, low energy, digestive concerns, hormone imbalance, insomnia, inflammation or chronic symptoms, I’m here to support you throughout your journey!

 

My role is to equip you with the knowledge, tools and motivation to make sustainable changes. Together we will delve into your health history, explore lifestyle adjustments, nutrition guidance and mindful practices that align with your health goals. 

 

Having graduated from the college of naturopathic medicine, I adopt a holistic whole-body approach. This means we will work to identify your unique needs, dig into root causes and create a customised plan that optimises your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

 My Approach

I’m Emma, a certified health and nutrition coach from the college of naturopathic medicine. I help women create healthier habits and create a clear plan to optimise their health. Together we work towards you becoming an expert in your own health to restore your energy, mood, hormone balance, gut and overall wellbeing.

 

I will support you building on the foundations to optimal health working on nutrition, making healthier food choices, sleep, movement, clean air, sunlight, clean water, stress resilience, nervous system regulation, lowering toxic load, detoxification, gut health, hormone balance, emotional wellbeing, relationships and more.

 

Having restored my own health after 12 years of ME/CFS, anxiety, stress and chronic symptoms, I know how important a holistic approach is. This is why I’m so passionate about my core values in my coaching:
